Description: The Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM)® Level 2 is a three-day course that further explores the concept of resiliency and how to restore balance to the body and the mind after experiencing traumatic or stressful events. TRM Level 2 training is a combination of lecture, discussion, and small group practice that reviews the skills from Level 1 training and discusses in greater depth working with trauma reprocessing in light of survival responses.  In addition, the expressive arts will be integrated into the training to demonstrate expanded ways to utilize TRM skills.

TRM Level 1 Training is a pre-requisite for taking TRM Level 2.
